Our lab employs the Cepheid GeneXpert automatic RT-PCR system approved by FDA or using laboratory developed tests for clinical sample testing, providing stable, fast and accurate tests for detecting infectious pathogens and supporting the clinical decision. The test panels targeting the different pathogen combinations will be used to test the clinical samples (e.g. blood, swabs, buccal samples or tissues) for various bacteria, viruses, or fungi listed as below:
